Grado cuts the cable for first open-backed Bluetooth headphones

Samsung is rolling out the second software update today for its new smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch. It was announced alongside the Galaxy Note 9 in August. The company has ditched the Gear branding for its smartwatches in favor of Galaxy, a moniker that’s synonymous with its smartphones and tablets. Today’s update brings a couple of feature improvements for the smartwatch. Samsung has released the update for both the 42mm and 46mm models of the Galaxy Watch. It bumps up the Tizen version number to 4.0.0.1. The official changelog mentions that the update improves the usability and experience of the device. It doesn’t bring any major new features, though, so there’s nothing to look forward to on that account. It also mentions that the reliability of music playback on the device has been improved in addition to the enhancement of the reliability of battery charging. The changelog doesn’t provide any further details about the precise improvements made.Software update version R800XXU1B
