Samsung, Toshiba take on Apple with 'iPad killers'
South Korean technology firm Samsung has unveiled a new tablet computer that is seemingly poised to challenge Apple's popular iPad for dominance in the marketplace.Dubbed the Galaxy Tab, the new device sports a seven-inch touchscreen and comes pre-loaded with Google's Android 2.2 operating system and Adobe's Flash Player, according to various media reports. The screen is smaller than the iPad's nearly 10-inch display, and the device is lighter as well.
